She has specialized experience in enforcement and debt collection, having handled numerous enforcement files before the competent courts, including eviction procedures, seizure of vehicles and movable assets, and attachment of real estate. She is distinguished by her ability to find practical solutions that ensure the swift recovery of rights and the protection of clients’ interests.
She has also contributed to the completion of various notarization transactions, such as powers of attorney, declarations, and contracts of sale and mortgage, which has enhanced her expertise in efficiently handling official and judicial procedures.
